Taiwanese Ru Rou Fan

 This is typically called luroufan, meaning lurou (braised pork) on rice (fan) It’s a generic and sometimes misleading name, because to be more accurate, it is also/should be called rouzaofan, meaning rouzao (braised pork belly with fried shallots) on rice (fan) Rouzao is a very specific, and uniquely Taiwanese thing.
